Shipping policy

Where we ship: Chakrav ships within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Orders placed Friday after 12pm, weekends, or holidays start processing the next business day. You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Custom and pre-order items can't be cancelled once payment is processed.

Delivery times Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after processing.

Total time from order to door is typically 6–11 business days. Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year in late January and February) can add 5–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $5.99.

Tracking Every order gets a tracking number once it ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement after dispatch. Once the package reaches the US, it's handed to USPS or another local carrier and may get a new tracking number.

If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email us.

Address accuracy Check your shipping address before submitting. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, and packages returned for that reason aren't eligible for refund or replacement. If you catch a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to fix it before dispatch. No guarantees after that.

Lost, stuck, and undelivered packages

  • Stuck in transit: If your package has no tracking updates for 15+ business days, email us and we'll investigate. For packages with no successful delivery 45 days after dispatch, we'll process a refund or replacement.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Packages confirmed delivered by tracking aren't eligible for refund or replacement. Check with neighbors, household members, your mailroom, and your local post office first. If you still can't locate the package, email us with a non-delivery statement from your local USPS office and we'll investigate, though we can't guarantee an outcome.
  • Failed delivery (wrong address, refused, unclaimed): The carrier will attempt delivery 1–3 times. If the package isn't claimed, it's held at the local post office for 3–7 days before being returned. Unclaimed packages aren't eligible for refund or resend, and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. We'll offer a refund or replacement depending on the severity.

Damage to the outer shipping box alone (without damage to the product) isn't eligible.

Wrong or missing items

If you receive the wrong product, or items are missing from your order, email us with photos and your order number. We'll refund or replace.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The customer covers return shipping. Email us first to get a return authorization and the correct return address. Packages sent without authorization can't be processed.

Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts on inspection will be refused.

Original shipping costs and any additional fees are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product cost only.

Force majeure

We aren't responsible for delays or damage caused by events outside our control: customs inspections, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, or carrier failures.
